Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect what you type: delivery ZIP, phone number, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size, and the page you sent it from. When you call, we note your name, address and order details to quote and schedule the rental.

How the form works

The quote form is processed by Web3Forms, which emails your request to us. Web3Forms handles the data only to deliver that message. We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing.

How we use it

We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to answer your questions. Payment cards are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.

Retention

We keep quote requests and rental records as long as needed for the rental, billing and tax records, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which are subject to Google's privacy policy.

Your choices
